Changing my 5 star rating. Whos the kid not in a uniform hanging out in the prep area and throwing snow balls of ice against the... back wall with the back room door open? Not professional at all. Kid seemed like he was bothering the workers and basicallystanding on the guy taking my order. Really need to act more professional at work if he even works there. Read more
Smoothie was great, server T. Abrah not so great. I stood at the counter & there was absolutely no eye contact or acknowledgment... of my presence. Finally I asked her if I could place an order because prior to that there was complete silence. Her response was?whenever you?re ready?. Whenever you?re ready?? Isn?t she supposed to initiate the transaction with a statement like, ?I?llhelp you whenever you?re ready?? I felt like I was waiting on her instead of her waiting on me.
