The only thing I'll get from McDonald's is their hot fudge sundaes and fries. Love their sundaes. I ordered 2 and both of them... were seriously lacking in hot fudge. A small skinny ring on the top. That's it. I wasn't going to say anything but then when Idiscovered I didn't get any napkins I decided to go in. I had to, ice cream was melting and dripping everywhere. They close theinside very early there so I waited in the drive through again. The boy taking payment was helpful. Gave me napkins and a wetpaper towel. The manager was not. She was the one who made the sundaes and didn't give me any napkins. When I told her I wantedmore hot fudge and napkins this time she gave me the nastiest look. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying thoughbecause I had to repeat myself another 2 times. She very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. I went through the drive thru for an ice cream sundae, as soon as I got to the drive thru there was a sign stating they had no... ice cream or shakes. Disappointing. Instead I ordered the new chicken sandwich. I kinda expected it to look similar toChick-fil-a?s. Another disappointment. The staff was super friendly and helped me make a better choice. That was muchappreciated. I drive home open to my sandwich only to find out has nothing but the bun and the filet! ?? No pickles, nomayonnaise, no nothing. And it was a little cold to boot. I tried to call to let Ethan know but it went to a voicemail that Icouldn?t recognize the name that the VM was identifying. Highly disappointing visit. Will be a very long time before I return. There is plenty of parking on McDonald's, the staff is super friendly and ready to help you. It's a fas food restaurant that... serves breakfast, hamburgers and kid meals. The coffee it's really good with the right temperature and flavor. Depending on theseason the will have awesome deals. Drive true open after 5 am for breakfast meals. Read more
Anytime we want to get out of the house and drive a couple blocks the kids loving coming to this playhouse and grabbing an ice... cream cone and some fries, obviously the pandemic has put a dent in our fun, but nonetheless we can still go through thedrive-thru grab some fries grab a little ice cream cone and let the kids run around the rocks and the parking lots or even goacross the street to the cliff hills and take a little hike, the other reason for the five stars is the location it's very hardto beat this location as it is quickly off and back on the freeway no matter where you're coming from, For some reason theownership and the store as a whole doesn't seem to be running quite on par as it should, but they at least do the minimum inoffering the right food with not too long of a wait, The other reason this is five stars as a sub reason of the location isthat there is a Starbucks opening up two doors down from it right over the denny's, Now you could run through the Starbucks getyour coffee started run through McDonald's get your breakfast started and you'll be on your way lol! I guess too bad Denny'sdidn't have a drive-thru huh? 7/7/17 The first thing I noticed was a small dining room. Lots of people waiting in line service. When I finally got to the... front of the line, the young lady at the register was in a bad mood. She didn't greet me, she didn't have a smile on her face,all she asked was "what would you like." She never asked me if I wanted to make my sandwich a combo or even what size I wouldlike. I have to tell her that I wanted a combo and I had to tell her that I wanted a medium size. All she did was nod her headand say "K". Gave me a receipt and didn't say another word. And then I noticed that none of the employees were wearing nametags. (See pictures) The bathroom was a mess and didn't smell pleasant. Marker on the stall walls. Read more
This unit is very busy. They move thru pretty quickly tho. Just went in for a frappe this time and it's quicker to go inside.... Frappe is usually pretty good. This time it was a bit watery but ok. I am not a big fan of the food but it is consistent so fora quick convenient bite it serves it's purpose. Read more
