Employees were friendly, good was good but they forgot the drink in my daughter's happy meal. Only complaint.
Did not like it. They said they did not have anything.at the end I ordered a big mac and then turns out they did not have the... bun that goes in the middle. Tried to change it he said no. the place is dirty plus one of the workers was sitting in thecounter we receive our food cleaning his shoes from ketchup he had. I felt disgusted. Was genuinely stoked, food was fast and good n they were nice enough to let me stay inside dining area past hours it was closed.... Don't expect they do often so being that it was for me I sincerely appreciate their customer service!! Thank u all Read more
Pretty much always consistent. More convenient than good food. Today people in the drive thru were being held at the order... board. Not sure why. Even if understaffed there is only room for a few cars. That in itself would slow things down. Staff wasfriendly and polite. Read more
Their menus lie! Pictures of what the food looks like are all fake! Thick & juicy are actually thin and overdone! Blah... taste- Only good are their specialty drinks both frappes and fruit- otherwise, meh. Read more
Bad service I had to pay extra for a burger. So I ordered large French fries wich cost 4.19 and I saw that the French fries is... the same cost as a happy meal so I told them if I could switched the large French fries for the happy meal. So they gave me myorder complete except for my burger and I told them and they said they put the burger I purchased inside the happy meal withFrench fries. I thought the happy meal comes with a burger for 4.19 and the price does say 4.19 so they did not want to get methe burger so I had to purchase another one. I placed an order around 9:40pm on 11/23/22, headed to the store, was able to select the "I'm already here" option as I was... pulling in the driveway, able to select that I would pick up at the drive-thru, and even received a code to pick up my food.Then, noticed that the drive-thru was blocked off, so I parked and tried the door - locked. It was now 9:59pm. I pulled up thenumber to call the store and THEN saw that the store closes at 10pm. Nobody answered the store phone when I called. I had tocheck my account to make sure I wasn't charged for an order that I wouldn't be able to receive and then find somewhere else togo for dinner and start all over. It would be awesome if the app would advise you that the location is closing soon and notallow you to proceed with an order that it KNOWS won't be fulfilled. Additionally, if the order was cancelled manually by anemployee, they should be required to call the customer and let them know the order was placed too late and they will not be ableto complete the order, so customers don't waste their time heading to the store. This was a terrible experience, but to make itworse, I filed a complaint about it both against the app and against the store, and specifically requested to be contacted witha follow up by the store but (SHOCKING) they store never reached out to resolve the issue.
