Unfortunately, when my husband and I went, the food was good. It's not great, tho not bad. (Definitely have had worse!) The... waitress tho very polite, barely paid attention to us. Took forever to order. Then the food finally came out. My food was aburger. Asked for medium and got well done. The husband said his food wasn't bad. But then we had to sit around for an extensiveamount of time. Never was asked for a refill of drinks. At least I wasn't. Their home mixed Arnold palmer was pure lemonade witha splash of tea to change the color of lemonade. (No taste of tea whatsoever), and my husband finally had to holler at anemployee just to get our check. I get rough or busy days, but we didn't even get a hey. Sorry for the wait. Nothing. I feel badsometimes for waiters and waitresses, but then sometimes I see where it is warranted, the more harsh behaviors. Won't be back. Read more
This place has excellent food. My steak and chicken were cooked to perfection and exactly how I asked them to be. The drinks... were tasty and they had a few that I hadn't tried or even thought of. It was a fun, friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the stafftook good care of our party. I had a great time there. Read more
Came in with the fam for dinner ? I had an overall good experience.. the reason why it wasn?t great was due to the hostess... upfront.. I walked in and was not acknowledged at all there was no welcome in ..nothing ? there was about 4 hostess juststanding there talking between themselves? along with that it took about 4 minutes for them to even look at me didn?t askanything I had to let them know like hi I?m here ? I work in the restaurant business and know that first impression matter :.:and hostess they need to step it up a little. Read more
My boyfriend and I decided to come here on a date night because they just reopened. Worst decision ever. Our waitresses sucked.... She forgot about our drinks and never brought us our bread. She later forgot to take our orders for our entrees. We ordered abloomin onion and it took awhile to come out and came out very cold. We finally were able to order our actual food and that tookabout 45min to come out. We both understood that it was very busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once our food came outmy food came out extremely cold and they served my boyfriend a raw steak. Overall our experience was terrible. Texas Roadhousewill always be better. Less expensive, food comes out hot, drinks are better, and the waiters actually pay attention to theguests. Overall don?t recommend. Read more
Just reopened very busy and they added cocktails to menu. Food is delicious ????
A nice place to take the family for dinner. The wait time past the reservation time was about ten minutes, but once seated... things went well. The wait staff were attentive and friendly and service was very good. The food was prepared well and thesteaks tasted quite good. The prices are reasonable and this restaurant has my recommendation! The restaurant seemed fairly busy so my husband and I were debating whether to go somewhere else before even walking in. After... being told the wait would be 15-20 mins we decided to wait. As I was very hungry I watched the clock and we were seated right ontime! We were lucky enough to be seated in Micheal G's section and were promptly acknowledged. We ordered apptizers and theycame right out-and this place was BUSY. Our drinks were never even close to being empty and our main courses arrived in a timelymanner. My husband specifically asked for more dressing than salad and Micheal remembered and delivered. I ordered my steakmedium rare and was pretty disappointed to see that my steak was more like medium well/well done...at a steak house. I mentionedit to my husband but didn't say anything-it was seasoned VERY well. Well Micheal not only noticed without me saying a word butsaid I'm letting the kitchen know and I'll take care of that on the bill. Micheal was SUPER attentive and as we were waiting forthe check and deciding if we needed boxes I jokingly said that Micheal will probably already have those along with the checkwhen he comes over. He just definitely went above and beyond and anticipated our needs. It would have been impressive even ifthey weren't busy but the fact that they were so busy made it all the more impressive.
