Since I was a kid, Papa John's has been my favorite pizza
Customer service was excellent! New Papa Bowl (Italian Meats Trio, to be precise) was much better than expected; would order... again. Was not fond of the pepperoni-stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but that is a personal taste thing I think. Spicy PepperoniRolls were fantastic, according to the two of us that tried them (with the spicy sauce, of course). The only not-so-great thingwas that it wasn't very hot and that was determined at the time of pick-up, not later. Overall it was a nice experience; muchappreciated. Read more

My husband and I had never eated at Papa John's together til last night. Great pizza and a great price. Half the pizza qas... done with chicken, spiniah, and tomatoes. The other half was pepperoni, green peppers and olives. Red sauce and it wasfantastic. I ate too much but loved it just the same. The absolutely only complaint was that the peperoncini was too hot. We recently decided to try Papa John's and it's the best. We love it. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery is good accurate... around time given. I have no complaints my kids like to eat the cheese pizza and chicken poppers. I have tried the works pizzait was very good. Great job to all employees. Read more
It?s been a long time since I have had such bad service at a restaurant. I ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple and... got a pizza with almost 5 pieces of pineapple on it! Thank goodness I checked it before I left the store. They said it would beanother20 minutes so I asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager Nicole came outside cause the store isclosed too all customers she was extremely filthy and extremely rude she began to argue with me and when I asked for a corporatenumber she gave me a bogus number! I'm surprised they only have a 3.7. I tried this place three times with three different items and each time it was done right, ... on time, no issues and the items were as good as you can expect from a chain pizzeria. The employees seem a little gruff butthey get the job done pretty well. Read more
