Just looked on Pizza Hut website to find out if they delivered the Lakeside. the website says yes so I called. the first... gentleman put me on hold said he check and be back. five minutes later a woman answered the phone and said can I take your orderI said no I was just checking to see if you delivered to Lakeside, she said no no more delivering the Lakeside in a rude mannerI said the website says you do deliver to Lakeside finally got frustrated and said thank you and hung up I guess I'll order fromDomino's good job Pizza Hut no stars Read more
I'm more than one occasion this place is charged my credit card and not even brought my food even when ordered for you prior to... them closing. They seem to close early as quite regularly and when you order online and it's within 30 minutes before they closeyou won't receive a phone call you don't receive your food and you will receive a refund unless you give them a call and tellhim that you didn't get your food the next day. In the meantime your order says processing and it never changes. They should nothave the hours of operation on the website if you're not going to adhere to them at least most of the time. This Pizza hut location is my go to , it's close near my apartment also. I tend to always place an online order, very quick,... convenient and simple. I always tend to get carryout. I get pan pizza, which is yummy, the sauce amount is good. The toppingsare yummy , fresh and I usually get half cheese and sausage plus pepperoni. The cheese bread stick are/we're good. I called this place tonight to order some pizza. When they asked me for my name I said Pete, then the lady said, "Me?" and I... said no, Peter. So right then I knew it would be a challenge. When I asked for specials or deals they were offering she stilldidn't understand me. So communication was the first issue. I ordered a large 3 topping with stuffed crust. I asked for extrasauce, pepperonis and cheese. As you could see from the photo, there was hardly any extra sauce on the pizzas. I also asked forsquare cut by that never happened as well. Instead I extra cut it myself as you could see in the photos. The crust was alsoreally, really thin. Now normally I go to Little Ceasars but this time I went to Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust. Needless tosay Pizza Hut failed to deliver and I regret not going to Little Ceasers instead. For a lower price I could've had a betterpizza. I'll really think twice before going here again or recommending the place to family or friends. I'll give them thisthough, I went to carry out and when I arrived my pizza was ready. My son earned a free personal pan pizza from his school reading program. We don't usually order from Pizza Hut since there isn't... one in Santee any longer, but I told him we could do his free pizza tonight. I went to order online, but I couldn't add his freepizza so I proceeded to try to call FIVE times to try to place an order (This was also at 4:30PM). The first two times, the callcenter on the other end said they would transfer me to the store. I waited on hold 10 minutes each time. Called back again andthey transferred me but then all I could hear were the employees in the background talking and no one picked up my call (likethey picked up the phone and just left it off the hook). Tried again and they answered and hung up right away. It had become oneof those "I'm determined to get a hold of someone..." situations but I was so frustrated that I knew I'd say something andprobably end up being concerned about what came in my pizza.
