The usual drive through cashier is very stingy with salsa. Tortillas on Tacos are always very cold. 3 stars only because it's I... got a very professional friendly cashier today. Too bad receipt does not include her name. Read more

Great little chain with a location in El Cajon. Food was great, especially the langostino lobster bowl. If near one, be sure... to give them a go! Read more

I really like Rubios menu and so do the kids but if your going through the drive through at this place be prepared for a long... wait. Its better if you go inside. Update : we started going inside. So much better and quicker. The tables were clean and theyoung lady at the counter was really helpful taking our order. Very pleasant. Food was good ???? Read more

15 -20 minutes in the drive thru line and close to another 10 at the window? That's not normal. Apparently it might be since... others have the same complaint. For $11.90 I expected a burrito that was bigger than the child sized burrito received. Tortillaovercooked enough that it barely closed, filled with rice, I had to search for the chicken and the icing on the cake, 2 squeezedslices of lime INSIDE of the burrito. Highly disappointed. Living out of state, we try to visit Rubios whenever we're in San Diego. The fish tacos are just sooooo good and the menu... variety pretty stacked. Used to get the enchilada in the past, but it looks as if they don't offer them any longer. Thislocation was clean with limited seating. No crowd! Staff was polite and helpful. Can't wait to return for more fish tacogreatness! Read more
