In this Starbucks they treated me so bad for no reason this is the second location in the same area where they refused service... to me and 6 other people that were with me unfortunately they just didn't like the way I ordered my drink and actually made funofy friends when they asked for her name.the barista was actually nice but the supervisor seemed like a very bad person ????mademe feel so bad Read more

I just want to thank Preston for the awesome customer service he provided this morning (12/14/21) ! I ordered curbside pickup... online, apparently from a different location. I go to many many Starbucks all over San Diego County You guys had the worst customer service I've ever experienced I spend... thousands of dollars in Starbucks a month for one of my businesses. Employees aren't trained very well and don't know how muchthe products cost. I was overcharged and given the wrong merchandise and they had less quantity than they had told me they hadwhen I had called And then when I brought it up to their attention that they overcharged me one person told me I was wrong thatthe cups don't include the straw. So then I had them check with somebody else that person comes and says that they charged mefor the straws because they didn't have the correct straws to go with the cups So they gave me the wrong straws because they'reshort on their inventory, I am being charged more without them telling me anything and I don't even want the different colorstarws to begin with, it's actually an inconvenience for me to execrpt those starws and they gave me a cup without a strawbecause they didn't have any more. Your manager needs to do a better job of training on product knowledge and work with you guysto improve customer service. Read more

One of the best dates that I've had in a long time. The store was spotless and clean. My companion ordered the ultimate drink... entourage, and we had the best day I've had since 2010. Not enough can be said about this location and how splendid theemployees all act, behave, and serve. Serious kudos to anyone who respects this establishment with patronage and the correctamount of United States currency. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to for longer times when I need to study. They have a nice cafe with decent seating... including some comfy chairs. John that works here is one of my favorites, he?s super charismatic and makes it feel welcoming.Griffin was nice too and had a good attitude while also fast at making drinks. Also Nicole, working on register was very nice.Always enjoy it when I come here to work on homework. :) Read more
