The young lady taking my order at the drive through in Oct. 13 @ 1:22 pm was impatient, rude, and had no interest in helping... me. I did not ask her for anything extra, I simply ask her if a drink came with it. I am sorry I came her I will never be backand I suggest everyone not to come here. Took my kids for a quick bite here, and the lobby tables were not clean, no ice in the drink machine, half the fountain drinks... were flat and non carbonated. The bad part is they weren't even busy, they had a few in the drive thru and just didn't careabout keeping lobby area clean or stocked. The lady behind the counter came and asked me if I wanted ice after I waited forsomeone to notice me. Needs new management.... Read more

Pretty much every time I ever come here, employees are doing what they are told but yet they seem indifferent and even when not... busy, often, they shove your money and bag at you in an unfriendly way and slam the window and look away quickly. Like scaredrabbits or as if they dislike their jobs. Maybe mgmt should train more on etiquette or being polite. We aren't animals beingstopped, we're paying customers. Not asking alot just maybe calmer friendlier service and not pushing us off the property. Read more
