This location was the first time our family had been; it does not deserve one star. This facility needs to be shut down by the... city. How it passes code inspection I am unsure. The restrooms were not maintained at all, toilets were clogged with stool. Thefloors were gross, food all over the floors, the game area had food and spelt sodas an trash all over the games. The tokenmachines were taking customers money without given tokens back luckily employees were generous to give each person their moneyback. The game room needs a lot of maintenance; you spend money to get tokens for the machines to straight up Jack them. Read more
Staff sucked & had an attitude when you ask for forks & spoons. Most of the games are broken & take your tokens & dont give... tickets. Bad expeirence for the kids not being able to get their prizes because they dont have tickets. Needs maintenancebig time!!!! Read more
For my first time not bad. Its similar to cici's. I requested a custom made pizza and they delivered. Will visit again.
This place has no business calling itself Mr. Gatti's!! The are no were near the Mr. Gatti's that use to be in Victoria!!! This... place is a joke!! Honestly I think the people that left the good reviews are the employees and management. This place needs tobe shut down!! I don't know how the health department hasn't closed this place down!! The cashier lady was high as a kite, Istood there for a few minutes waiting on her to snap out of it to place my order so I could pay. No hi no greet nothing. As faras the place it's self, very worn down is an understatement! It looks like it's never been cleaned, the food was cold and oldand there were only 2 pizzas to choose from. Food was okay the staff was working really hard to keep up pizza on the buffet at 1pm on a Sunday. The building it's self was... outdated and not that appealing. 60% of the games were taped off with black masking tape because they didn't work and 10% wouldsteal you coins. The games were also over priced considering the condition and age of games. The people we encountered otherguest were really nice! The salad bar was good!! Read more

We always stop here because it's on our way down to our beach property. Arcade is small and quite a few of the games just take... your tokens..but the kids don't care and the ones that do work give you lots of tickets. My husband kept hitting the jackpot onthe Simpson coin game. We came kinda late and they never put anymore cheese pizza out..thats all my kids will eat. Not a bigdeal but just know if you visit close to close they do stop putting out pizza until it's gone. Read more
The pizzas look like they had been sitting there awhile. The salad bar appearance was atrocious. This is not my caliber of... establishment to dine... people was really eating from the salad bar where the vegetables/meats and eggs were all over the area,you couldn't quite determine which utensils to use because all of them had been dipped somewhere. I couldn't engage. Thisestablishment was recommended to me by a co-worker as a good place to take my grandsons. The boys enjoyed the gameroom they hada BLAST! Unfortunately we will not be returning. The only reason why I gave them three stars is because one employee did make afresh pizza at my request and the boys enjoy the gameroom. I will say that when an elderly employee came in to work a couple ofhours later she cleaned the salad bar area as I was leaving. I thanked her. She was embarrassed to see it in that condition.
