Great crepes! But this restaurant is the only IHOP for the whole Imperial Valley. Why isn't there another location, say, in... Calexico? Why? This stupid Imperial valley is so backwards & behind which remains old with very little prospects. The service was good, the food was to be expected. I was just surprised that the locals don't come to this place much. I guess... most just get a to-go Order. In-Out line stays full, Panda Express is staying busy. But this IHOP seem to be lackingcustomers. From the outside it looks Closed from lack of customers. But overall service was like a regular IHOP.
