When we arrived we were promptly greeted and didn't take long to get our table. Our waitress was very nice and immediately took... our order while she brought us some chips and salsa. We let her know we had a few friends that were joining us running a littlelate and she said it was no problem. She was very accommodating and brought some menu's and eating utensils for when theyarrived. I ordered the shrimp cocktail seen in the picture here and it was amazing! She asked if I wanted all the options fromthe sauce or was there anything I wanted to exclude. My order was brought out with all the fixings and was always asked if morewas needed during our time there. Nice atmosphere and everyone we saw eating there looked happy. Definitely alot of places aredealing with labor shortage and jaliscos esnt exempt. We went prepared for this but our waitress did her able best for it tofeel that even that was an issue. Everything if almost very good. The problem is that always there are a plenty of flies in certain areas close the windows. So it... is not easy to enjoy the food without being disturbed by them on your food. But I think that is not exactly the worst. Thereally disgusting thing of all, is that when I got closer to the main area where the personal leave the kitchen, there is asmall area divided of a little wall that separate the waitress area from the guests area. Inside there is a table were they putthe little tortilla chips and salsa that they use to put on the tables for the guests. That food is not protected from anycontamination of the environment. No covers or plastic to protect the chips and salsas. You can find a lot of flies flying overthat food and walking over it. Even though that nasty picture, they give that food to every guest without any doubt. Damn!,I really loved those chips with salsa. Now I wonder what else is being contaminated with flying insects.
