This place is usually 5 stars in customer service and quality of food however yesterday was a horrible experience. Melissa, the... line staff was so rude, impatient, had the worst attitude. We came so close to leaving and canceling our order. They need toreevaluate the staff they have working with customers when she clearly hates her job and people in general. It got to the pointwhere her colleague was apologizing for her actions. Read more

Recently, order portions are super small, even drive thru plates (boxes) have been replaced with cheap quality, "cardboard type"... for the prices we pay, come on Panda minimize salts on recipes, we want flavor not salty food. Read more

As usual great food I was taking a step back with the Is up beat energy of the people behind the counter and the manager... walking around, I was asked if I wanted to wait for a fresh pot to come out I said yes took a step back with my receipt andwaited shortly after the manager walked in asked what I was waiting for and promptly went to work to try to make it happensooner the customer service here is great Everyone's in a good mood you can see it in their body language. We order online: when I came to pick up my order, they stated they have already ?pick up.? I had the email and reservation # but... they did not care. When asked to called to corporate they PRETENDED they did it. when asked to see the cameras to see who hasgotten my food they denied it. Then they decided to ?make the food again? I waited about 50-60 minutes for my food that wasalready payed for. Do NOT order via online/app. Read more
