This location is awful, needs lots of upgrades and paint, trash needs to be taken out and the service really stinks. I have been... to multiple Sonic locations and this one by far is Thee Worst. The girl took our order and when I got to the window she asked mewhat I had ordered again because she said she couldn't hear me. Once we got our order the ft long coney dogs we're cold withchili cheese only in the center, no lemonade so we had to order something else and the onion rings were drenched in grease.....Shame on you Management Read more
Dirty place you can't eat inside and they always run out of ice cream, also the menu signs are falling.
This Sonic is a disaster then never have ice cream, slushies are mostly not available, and they have even been out of lemonade... several times. If this was a one time thing I would not be leaving this review. This has happened many times. This is the worstSonic I have ever been to and I have been to many locations. On the rare occasion they have what you want and are open, plan onbeing in the line long enough to take a nap. Managment and owners should be ashamed of themselves. Generally, I love Sonic. This location is something else. I've been around here a few months but didn't even know it was in... operation because a glance would have you thinking it's shut down andor abandoned property, it's in really rough shape. Used thedrive-through because most of the park and order spots are unusable, no screens. I asked if it was possible to put baconinstead of sausage on the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito. Much conversation about what I meant ensued, seemed clear my requestwas possible so then I said "great, two of those please." I paid, lengthy wait at the window and I thought oh good, hopefullyit's taking awhile cause he's making sure it's correct. A new guy at the widow handed me the bag and I left. One burrito wascorrect, the other had the bacon I requested, but only eggs, and cheese sauce otherwise (tater tots, tomato, onion, jalapenomissing). Went back to the drive through, guy taking orders said it was entered as something else suggesting that I receivedwhat was ordered so there was no error to correct. I said "how? I didn't ask you for anything else, I requested two after wetalked about the bacon." This is an aspect I could have investigated myself if I'd been given a receipt, but I wasn't. He saidhe's having a new one made and to give him back the wrong one. I'm happy to show it to him as proof of the mistake, but Ithought food safety laws prevented them from taking anything back? Questionable behavior on that count. I handed him the firstbag, he handed me a new bag, I left again. This new burrito, inexplicably, is wrong in new ways; no tater tots, no cheese sauce,and it's got sausage instead of bacon. He treated me decent but at this point I'm at a loss about what's going wrong in theexchange, comically wrong. I didn't bother taking the time to go back again. It was a bummer. Double bacon cheese burger is actually a good size. I was so full from the burger that I didn't eat my fries or jalapeño... poppers, but my son did. The guy at the window was not very friendly and didn?t seemed to lack common politeness. Maybe he wasjust having a bad day. Read more
I love their drinks too. I asked the cashier to recommend something for me and he recommended this drink. It has both ice-cream... with some slushi. Just exactly what I was craving. There was also a car in front of me waiting at the window and one of theemployees came to bring me my drink and I was off on my merry way. Friendly employees and a fast service. Read more
The most disgusting and unsanitary eating establishment I have ever come across. The whole place is filthy, not to mention the... pigeon infestation and even on the inside. The Imperial County and OSHA need to be proactive and pay this Sonic a visit beforeemployees and customers are injured. Read more
