Back from Costco, it's not decided where to go around lunch/dinner time. Saw this last B&N, went in to have a look. Say last... B&N, because I used to visit Barnes Noble in Walnut Creek, with that shop and other nearby shops closed, this could be the lastshop I know close to me. Even my membership expired. This is a still good place for me to spend half a day in my weekend. Allkinds of books, I love science, technologies, philosophy, and games. Brought a few books & a few gifts for the father's day tocome. Read more

I pretty much am a heavy user of the library but did enjoy visiting this store which has strong elements of a gift shop, being... nicely laid out with soft lights and a warm ambiance. Oh, and of course having a Starbucks is a positive :) Read more
This is one great bookstore, they have everything that you could want to read. Their children's section is amazing, so many... positive books to help a child see their potential. And they have games, toys and puzzles to widen their imaginations. And ifyou are feeling a little hungry, well they have a little deli and coffeeshop too. Read more

Great to have a brick and mortar book store in El Cerrito. They have quite a large selection of books of all types and jigsaw... puzzles and challenging other puzzles. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Even a coffee shop where you can preview booksyour thinking about. Read more
