Forgot to add fries on my order for the free fries reward on the BK app even though I added the reward to my order, yet the... manager was too stingy to let me have the fries even though it was a small mistake on my part. What a terrible way to treatcustomers. Yes, I know BK doesn't need me as a customer given that they already have a relatively huge base, but the fact thatthe manager was unwilling to give away FRIES (much of which already goes to waste at the store) is crazy lol. What a peculiarperson. I will be returning, but I just wanted to write this review to give a heads up to those who use the BK app for orders(ngl, I also wrote this to vent lol). Make sure to add the item even after applying the reward because we have people like thisas "managers". Read more
Today I am very disappointed that I used coupon for family meals. Lady who works at cashier said coupon not working can?t follow... the price on coupon although coupon NOT expire yet!! I think they lied to customer. If coupon not working anymore please don?tsent to our home again. You should fair for customers more. Read more
I can?t expect much from a fast food restaurant but the workers are a little rude and very rushy. I couldn?t get out the rest of... my order without being interrupted. I understand the fast food environment but give a chance for people to finish theirsentences! Read more
Beware! Honestly what happened to Burger King? This restaurant needs to be closed down and replaced with a Chick-fil-A or... something more reputable. I will start with the customer service, nothing polite about it . No welcome to Burger King etc, Youcould tell this person was unhappy to work here by the lack of. (No smile, eye contact, friendliness or have a nice day). When Ireceived the food it was nothing fresh about it. The chicken sandwich was cold, had slimy wilted lettuce on it and the frieswere soggy and cold just gross ????????. I had ordered 3 combos for me and family, the total came to 36 dollars. Not a lot of people dining inside but the staff is very quick. The food is as you get with any other Burger King.
I've put aside some of the attitude and poor service I've gotten here before due to the crazy situation we're all going through.... Today was the worst however. Cashier asked for the number, then rudely walked away as I was giving it. He comes back and I showhim the number, thinking that would help, but he refuses to even look and walks away. So I tell him the number. He keeps askingfor the number and ignoring as I keep saying it louder and louder. The manager eventually comes. No apology, just get my ordertaken. Worst service possible. eh. Bad customer service. I came in to enjoy a rare after school fast food sit down with my kids on a beautiful Friday... afternoon. I accidentally dropped my milkshake on the floor while walking it to my table. I told them immediately. I didnt askfor a refill. I just wanted it cleaned. I ended up sending my kids to remind them that it spilled because it was now melting onthe floor for almost 30 min. They said they'll clean it when we leave. I felt uncomfortable. Then someone finally came to mopand I was able to enjoy my food. The food is edible. They rarely get my orders wrong in drive thru. I actually used to workhere, it was my very 1st job when I was 16, when Annie was the manager. The inside is clean and the drive through is thorough. Imay not come inside anymore though. Read more
