Best fish and chips!! So fresh and flavorful. Great atmosphere. I don't drink beer but it smelled delicious in there. My kiddos... loved the Mac and cheese. Will be back! Read more

If I could rate the beer only, I would give it 5 stars, as the Ramble Tamble Red is one of my favorite local beers. But our... experiences at the restaurant/bar have been either strange or negative in 2022. Our first visit after moving to the area a yearago was great, and it was still CoVID, so it was understandable that things were a little strange as restaurants opened. Foodwas decent and what you'd expect, beer was good, staff was ok and eventually would warm up to "strangers". But as rules havelaxed and conditions improved, our food experiences have steadily gone downhill, and we've now had multiple weird interactions, including an overly incredulous attitude about our ID's (we're in our late 30's, so while flattering, the effort seemedmisplaced). Unfortunately, we will stick to filling up our growlers and avoid the overly greasy food, the occasional stomachaches, and the weird vibes. Read more

Perfect for relaxing with friends or hanging out at the bar. They have in house and guest brews. They have a small but... thoughtful wine selection. I really like the fish and chips. Very nice appetizers too. Read more

3/13/20: The Cubano sandwich was back on the menu! The service was greatly improved over last week! 3/6/20: We had not been... here in a long time! Beer and ales offered were a favorite and something new. However, the drinks were slow in coming since thebartender spent most of the time sitting in a back corner staring at his phone! 9/12/19: XLNT Pork Adobo Sliders, Onion Rings, crunchy pickles, veggie sandwich and of course the ales/beers! 7/5/19: After our enjoyable previous visit last week, we wentback to try other beers/ales and menu items. Neither disappointed, in fact the Adobo Pork Sliders, onion rings and Japanese Stewwere excellent! The Brut IPA and Ramble Ramble Red Ale were excellent too! 6/30/19-Great Scotch Kaber Toss ale and East BayIPA! Read more

Food and beer were both good but not great! Really enjoyed their red ale but didn't care much for the rest of the beers. We had... the chicken sandwich and pork sliders. Really great presentation but falls short on flavor. I liked this place, nice casualplace to hang out and grab a bite. Read more

A nice chill social spot. Size is on the smaller side but is spacious. The beer selection houses in house beers and guest beers... on a board. Ordered a few appetizers. The crab cake was very refreshing and tasty. Loaded home fries was pretty filling. Thebrussel sprouts was a tad bit salty, and the addition of bleu cheese could of been probably best without, but to each their own.The brussel sprouts in this instance was not served whole, but more like a diced and minced salad. The beer choices are solid, Iwould go back again for a few drinks. Read more

The Eat Bay IPA has been consistently good since they opened. Same for the other house-made beers, and the rotating guest beers... usually offer good options. I hadn't eaten here in a while and was very happy the kitchen is creating really good food. Over theyears, the kitchen staff, chef, and menu have seen numerous changes. The specials - salad, grilled cheese - are solid options, and everything is good with crispy fries and house-made potato chips. Read more
