Terrible customer service, the woman in the counter had a bad attitude, the workers got the order wrong. Ordered a Hawaiian... pizza and got a cheese instead, cheese costs less than a Hawaiian. Had to travel 3 times to complain, bring pizza, and bring theother food ????. The woman didnt want to give money back and tried to bribe with another pizza and soda. Over all Terribleservice , threw the pizza in the counter and bad character. Never going there AGAIN. This happened a friday night 10/14/22. Read more

Count your day. Smh I should have known better. I usually get my friend the Italian cheese bread but today he wanted a regular... pizza with olives. Never again not to mention the guy taking orders almost refused to take mine asking everybody other man inthe building (who had already ordered) One guy even said she?s next before he went to someone else. The Little Caesar's in El Cerritos. Has really bad customer service. The guy working there would tell customer, that their order... would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and customers would come 20 minutes after and he would tell them oh your is going to take 10or 15 min more. I ask to talk to the manager because they told me the same thing and the manager said well don't you see....weare busy. So i said i totally understand your busy but don't have the cashier tell customer that their order will be ready in10-15 min if is not true. Tell them is going to take 30 minutes like it took me to get my pizza. The only two people that ispoke to were acting like if they didn't want to be there. Honestly i understand there are tired but if you work customerservice you gotta try your best to give your best and smile and greet customer like you should even if your tired. . They evenmessed up my order. But i guess i know better than to go there at the same time and days. Which was this Saturday 6/5/21 @7:45pm.
