Servers are super friendly and attentive, but the food is outrageously overpriced for the quality. The alfredo sauce was far too... watery and there were even some cold spots. This is my second time with a poor experience. I got a basic meal (pasta, dessertitem, and drink) and it totaled to 40$. I was shocked. There are better, and cheaper places you can go to. Read more
Everything is looking good and taste terrible here except the bread they provided for everyone. The pasta are way too salty that... make me and my aunt unable to finish it. The brussel sprouts are overcooked which made it too bitter. The table and plate wasnot very clean. There are even flies flying around. Very disappointed for spending that much of money. Read more
Pretty good food, pretty tasty. My only complaint is that it seems a bit pricey for the overall quality of the food. We got an... appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 side dishes and dessert (no alcohol) and it was $120.00 for 2 people. It could have been $150+ if wehad drinks on top of that. Terrible service. There is a lady who works taking orders that is RUDE and terrible for no reason. My dad tried placing an order... over the phone and she hung up on him. Once he placed his online order and went to go pick it up, there was my soup missing.When my dad tried asking them about it the same lady denied the soup being ordered. And once they finally did give him the soup,it was served at less than half of the container. I understand people have bad days, but do NOT take it out on the customers. Mydad was simply trying to place an order. Management needs to talk to their staff about better customer service. Rude lady. Read more
Mama's trio. Pasta not cooked. Company bought us lunch today. Was not good at all Brussels sprouts burnt pasta was not cooked... maybe dipped in hot water no sauce. Nasty would not recommend. Don't even want to give the one star -5 stars. Concord onebetter they know how to cook pasta and has flavor. Read more
Remeber that packed restaurant you had to wait for a table? Currently its not like that. You get a great cutomer service and in... a timely manner. All of your favorites without the crowds. My only complaint was cold stuffed mushroom appetizer. Everythingelse was great. They even have a unlimited side salad option. Read more
Had a very good ???? meal on an early Monday evening as part of a birthday ???? celebration! Our waitress, patient to deal with... a party of 20 (including a two-year active boy) was attentive and remembered our order properly * my chicken scallopini, servedquite warm with a tasty sauce, rates ???? high quality with a sizeable portion of angel ???? hair pasta. Our kids enjoyed theirFettuccine Alfredo (kids menu) & drink (large glass of tea). Wife's salmon came with nicely displayed risotto & was grilled toperfection! Our bread was a large, warm loaf with just the right oil and vinegar. The atmosphere is pleasant and alternativetables are blocked off to further social distancing. Good experience, suggest a visit!
