Had regular roast beef and a big hot ham and cheese with fries. Fries were fresh roast beef was ok. But they were out of... horseradish. Ham and cheese was dry from being microwaved. Fries were barely warm. My burger was burnt crispy around the edges. But where else are you going to find food on the... Turnpike. And it cost $25 just for me and the wife! On a positive note, very nice convenience store and very clean restrooms! Read more
Took 37 minutes from ordering to food. Just wanted a quick burger before I got on the road for last 2 hours of my trip. Didn't... expect to add 25% of my trip just for a burger. Sucks because I dislike McDonald's and that is the only other options on theturnpike. Read more
They were way understaffed. After we ordered, the cashier went to the back to make sandwiches with nobody to help anyone place... an order. Several people walked out after waiting for a cashier to help them. Our order was wrong and had to be remade as acrispy chicken showed up after a grilled chicken was ordered. The remake wasn't exactly what was ordered,but we had to get onthe road. Read more
The cook turned the grill down while cooking my food, then grabbed a set of tongs, reached way inside and pulled the 2 hamburger... patties out before they could be cooked, I think that when the manager caught him turning the grill down so much that my foodwasn't cooked right, they shouldn't be letting someone so spiteful cook food for the public!
