Food was fresh and hot. Line moved quickly and pleasant employees. Only one star off due to dining room being closed kind of... early. But that is managent decision not working crew. This EDH location is better than others in the area. Read more
Very good service from the staff at this location! We stopped to pick up a quick lunch for the extended family . Food order was... spot on, hot, tasty, and our special requests were all correct. Thanks JITB!! PS is there anything like the guilty pleasure ofthose "tacos"? I really don't know what they are, or why I would like them. Been coming here over 10 years and never experienced what I did just 30 minutes ago. These workers berated and cussed me out.... First they had us wait over 10 minutes and there was one car at checkout when we pulled up. Then the order was wrong on a 7dollar munchie meal which I?ve ordered regularly fries for the past what? Yes 10 years plus. The young guy working the windowsaid it only comes with curly. I said I?ve order regular for 10 plus years and he seemed perplexed?he had no clue, just lookedat me rudely. Then a lady manager and I use lady but she was no lady came and said NEXT time order the right fries. I said Ialways order the same regular not curly and she said no you didn?t and then proceeded to cuss at me. I don?t write this long ofreviews but I?m guessing they have to hire trash nowadays. I won?t be back here after roughly 250 meals. Yes probably once everytwo weeks. Management needs to take a hard look at who they hire cause these people are straight ghetto. Read more
Ok I've waited until this issue has occured several times. (I don't believe in trashing or leaving bad reviews unless it's truly... earned, I buy food from this place 6 days a week) This drive thru is VERY SLOW,. And it's every single time I come here. We're talking 20-30 minutes in the drive thru, waiting,.......burning fuel, ........ Burning time......... Yea sure my car haslow miles,. But the amount of time I spend with it running in this drive thru ,............. I try to joke but this is serious, I spend a good portion of my life sitting in this drive thru! A US Postal Service worker walked up to me in this drive thruand handed me my mail!!! You get my point I'm sure. It's bad. All jokes aside, ITS REALLY BAD,. and when I've politelysaid something I get the same thing with an attitude "we're really short staffed" with a smirk and eyes rolling. I wrote thisreview before even reaching the order speaker. ITS BAD. And it's been this way for months that I know of anyway. I knowif I stop going to this Jack in the box, or any Jack in the box, it's not going to hurt the company, they're not going to go outof business. I'm just one person visiting six times a week on my lunch break and to be honest not much can be really done aboutit because you can't give me my time back. I'm still not even up to the order speaker thing yet. If there weren't several carsbehind me I would have popped it in reverse and gone to Taco Bell like 28 minutes ago. Read more
We have visited this location several times. The staff is usually very friendly, just very busy. The restaurant is clean as well... as the restrooms, just getting worn and dated. They do have the new soda machine with a gazillion flavor combinations. Somethingfor everyone. We have picky eaters who always modify their selection, and they are usually fine with the changes and get theorder right. The sourdough jack and curly fries is a definite favorite. We have yet to try the mobile order, but someonepopped in and picked up their order while we continued to wait. There may be something to that we have yet to discover. Probablyfaster. Read more
