Had to deal with a very rude mgr because of the order they screwed up! Don?t waste your time at Taco Bell, much better food... elsewhere! I wish I had thought to take photos but this was the dirtiest taco bell I have ever been to. For it to be in a neighborhood of... such gorgeous house you would think they would have a nice clean environment but I was so wrong. The windows were filthy. Thebathroom sink looked as if someone had thrown up in it. Then there were all kinds of wrappers on the ground where they cook thefood. The dining area was very noisy due to a certain machine placed at the counter. I was in shock for sure. Maybe it wasbecause it was nearing the end of the day. Very slow, thats the only complaint I really have. Took 20 min for drive through many times. Dine in is not great either because... hardly this place is clean. Hopefully top management notice it soon. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Don't remember when I have that bad customer service. I dont think it is okay to cry after being insulted... in drive through. If lobby is closed - absolutely don?t go to drive through. It can be your last straw of the day. I wish itwould be a way to report it and change ???? Read more

Not one thing correct. Placed mobile order?got the order incorrect. All they had to do was not put the sauce it comes with on.... Asked for no ice in drink. 30 seconds later I?m being handed a drink with ice. Not to mention NONE of the building lights wereon not even the menu board at the drive through. It?s 8:45pm. The young lady at the drive through window was very pleasant, food was delicious.
