Never anything good. A few good employees, but stop going in after all the essential workers got gassed up. Started using the... online app and amazingly enough you can get a MoCa/Expresso. Usually the machine is broke if you go through the drive through.So today even on the app I was not able to get my order and had to hear excuses. McDonald's doesn't provide corporate numbers sohere you go. Take it deep. Read more

Wrong stuff in bag and I asked if everything was in there they can't even get 2 cheese burgers and a mcdouble and a quarter... pounder with out cheese and add Bacon right Will never go back again it's every time we go there it's always messed up Read more
There isn't a word for my experience!!! I orderd 3 double chs burgers ketchup only and four large fries! I got pulled forward to... wait on fries ok well while wait I ntice that my receipt says 3 double chs burgers 2 ketchup only 1 only onion. I went in to letthem know that it was 3 ketchup only no onion because of an allergy ????. The young lady I spoke said no problem I will havethem fix it I heard her tell them all 3 ketchup only. I get home my son bites into a burger that is two Patty's with onion cakedunder the chs just so happens it was the person with the allergy that ate the burger! Pretty sure it was either deliberate ornever fixed! I called to let them know and managers response was mam we never take back food that was messed up the fact is thefood never left the store I told them before the order was put out I said this to the manager her second response was we cangive u your money back if u come back in! Who knew! Eldorado Springs, MO has THE BEST McDonald's! Friendly staff, food was fantastic (seriously!), the order was right...... the first time! I'm thoroughly impressed! I mean, it was so good, hubby made a special trip inside to compliment them! Way togo little tiny town in the middle of nowhere! (We're in town from an hour north of Kansas City... we don't have good McDonald'snear us! We almost kept on driving because 20+ McD's at home are dead to us!) Read more
Not impressed. I usually only get a frappe which is hardly ever full. Usually a little over 3/4 full. Today we ordered multiple... meals. My meal was not made how I ordered it. I asked for no pickles or mustard add lettuce upon which they charge extra for. Igot no lettuce extra pickle and extra mustard. It was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger which is supposed to have 3 slices ofbacon and it only had what looked like 1 slice torn in half long ways so it didn't even cover half my burger and the bacon wassoggy. I was very disappointed. My daughter got a triple cheeseburger which looked thrown together and the meat wasn't even onthe bun when we opened it. We then waited 10 minutes plus for our food and we were the only ones in line. The fry's were soggyand looked and tasted as if they were made and hour or longer ago. Hardly warm and very soggy.
