Slow inefficient and too busy talking in the parking lot to notice order have been placed. Took 1 hr to make a sinner box which... they didn't know was ordered till I walked in the door. Cost me precious time with my son I can't get back. Thanks for nothaving pride in yourself Read more
Very bad service. I order from the Pizza Hut app. It was Large 3 topping or Specialty Pizza for Carry out only for $15.99 each.... I ordered 4 Specialty Pizzas and 2 orders of cheesesticks. Pizza Hut called me and told me one of the Pizzas I ordered was aSpecialty and they had to charge me $18.49. I said your app says $15.99. The Pizza Hut server proceeded to tell me there wasnothing they can do. I went in to pick up my Pizzas and they charged me over $18 on all my Pizzas and didn't make mycheesesticks. I showed the server the price on the app and she said that was an online only order. I told her I ordered online.She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do. This is fraud. You can't advertise a price and charge another. I willnot be going there again. Very bad customer service. I also waited over 30 minutes for my cheesesticks and my Pizza was cold. Read more
I ordered two 2 topping pizzas and a cheese stick. Had to be some of the best pizza I've ever had from a pizza hut. All the... toppings were perfect and it wasn't over or under cooked. The cheese sticks were also just right. Nice and cheesy, little crispon the bottom and ends and nice and soft all through the rest!!! Will definitely be ordering again. Read more
Cheese sticks were hot and fresh, pizza came 20 min later and was cold, ordered 12 wings, they came hot, but only 11 not 12... waited 20 minutes for for another order for her to only bring 1 wing! Not to mention the gal in the back cooking wearing opentoed sandles. Haven't eaten here in over a year....and tonight I'm reminded why. We picked up the cinnamon rolls to go and once we got them home, We realized they were completely raw. Not just raw in the... middle, it was a soggy doughy mess. My issue is, when they boxed it up, how did they not notice? It was visible that they didnot puff up like a baked roll. I had to drive back up there and wait 15 more min. The employees were hanging out in the parkinglot. I keep hearing bad things about our Pizza Hut and always dismiss it but I have to say that I dont want to go back. I wouldrather pay more and use our independently owned pizza place. Read more
Since covid, there seems to be some sort of snag with each visit. The last time, it was super hot in the dining room. ???? The... time before that, they were behind on orders due to short staff. But the employees try. They've always been really nice and dotheir best with what they have to work with. This used to be a really great place to eat. I hope it bounces back. Read more
