We ordered online. Pick up is easy. But when we got home my sandwich was still raw in the center. I called and the "manager"... said it wasn't possible as the bread was just baked fresh. But just because it was just baked doesn't mean it was fully baked.So I drove up there to show here the raw bread and she tried to tell me it was the grease from the tiny bit of cheese that youcouldn't even see causing it to be soggy. There's a difference between soggy bread and doughy bread. She refused to remake mysandwich. Horrible customer service!!! Paid 13$ for a sandwich I had to throw in the trash. Read more
The sandwich artist tried to rip me off by charging me to much for what I ordered.
Sandwiches were wonderful...servers extremely friendly, clean tables, clean drink fountain...will go back again!
The service was good and the employees as well. The vegetables didn?t taste as fresh as I was expecting. There?s a subtle... texture and taste difference between ripe and sitting there for a bit. I?m not too disappointed because the sweet tea made upfor it. Excellent brew and I can never be upset about the cookies. Read more
Really upset with this visit! The employees couldn't figure out how to charge a credit card! New employees poorly trained.. We... went somewhere else after they made our sandwiches because we were using a card & they didn't know how to do it. Out of 4employees there they told us "there's nothing they can do!" The last few times I've been in my local subway the foods been good. Sometimes you get a person that doesn't really care how... they make your sandwich but other than that its all been good experiences. Read more
The meat wasn't enough to cover the entire sandwich and the prices have gotten CRAZY for 2 steak and cheese sandwiches it was... 28.00. You can go-to a restaurant around here for that price and get a meal for 2. Read more
