If I could rate this a negative star I would! Gina the manager was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I will... be contacting Irma Santiago asap about my visit. Gina was rude and very disrespectful. I was in drive through for 20 min withno help. The employees came out the back door messing around and not working. Gina the manager looked directly at me and said wewill be right with you ma'am! Nobody helped at all! 20 min later I went inside to see if I could get my family some food. Therewas no employees around and Gina (the manager) and another employee were in the bathroom messing around. As they came out ofthe bathroom I asked the ladies if this is how their customer service was because it was the worst I had ever seen. Gina beganto tell me that her and the other employee were unclogging a toilet when I clearly heard them laughing and playing around in therestroom. On top of that the came out of the restroom (unclogging the toilet) and neither one of them washed their hands! Sounsanitary!!!! Another customer was in the store and left as well behind me as she heard everything that had happened aswell. I will NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! I can't not say enough how AWESOME Ryan is! Everytime I've gone there, he is always just so nice, courteous, and goes above and... beyond to make sure we got everything we need! He is definitely well deserved for a manager position or even a generalmanagement position! It's extremely difficult these days to receive good customer service, and other employees there should takeafter him! The other employees are rude, and just act like we're wasting their time, and hand out old disgusting food. I can'tsay enough how awesome he is, and there needs to be more employees like Ryan! Such a disappointment. In 4 years this location has gone from nice n new to a train wreck. Ordered a simple Eggnormous burrito... and requested the bacon be cooked, "triple well done". 1) they didn't listen and failed to put it on the receipt. 2) uponreturning item to the counter another employee from back in the kitchen wanted to argue, "the bacon comes premade". It's sad asI explained I frequent other BK locations, which have no issues making the bacon "well done".. and I had to inform her how thebacon is cooked "separately" for a few extra minutes. When I received the burrito again the bacon was still rubbery. And 3) Ididn't want to throw more problems at them, so I was completing the survey, and I noticed the disarray of the dining room... Itook a photo.. the trash can was left out in the middle of the floor and there was a nasty pile of trash all over the floorwhere the trash can belongs. (I didn't bother trying to inform them, as they didn't listen to my one little request on the food.Why even try.. would be like talking to the wall.) No one came out to clean it, the entire 20-30 minutes I was there, trying toswallow the "rubber" bacon down. Until the employees can be trained correctly I will Not be returning to thislocation. This is worst burger King in the valley. We have been there numerous times and the order has never been right. We go back to... correct the order and the manager acts like we're lying to her. She never apologizes for their mistakes and is just plain rude.We will drive the extra 3 mile to go the one on olive and el mirage. That one is awesome. Read more
Rude Staff, lack of soft drink products. And worse dirty frier see picture. That black stuff in the fries are from the frier and... or hood . And complaint was filed with corporate. I thru away my food once I saw that. What a waste of $$. The only bad thingabout this location being a corporate store location not all the offer codes via the app work. Read more
I went here at around 9:30 pm. The lady that took my order wouldn't let me finish ordering, she kept telling me my total after... my first order and then after my second order. I had to repeat that I wasn't done ordering! I can tell she wasn't happy aboutworking. She should have stayed home! Then after taking my order she waited by the window to stare at me and give me a dirtylook. She even looked like the manager! After checking my food she didn't even take my full order so I had to go back in lineand reorder my sons food! Once I got home my daughter went to eat her cookie and it was burnt!
