If I could give it -5 stars I would. I?m surprised it even has 3.5 with how many 1 star reviews this establishment has. We... placed our order online and the app said it would be done in 30 minutes. We get there and the young lady could not answer why wewould have to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza and wings to be done so she asked her coworker, Jaime, and his response was?Oh well, to bad it got busy.? Very professional answer but what can you expect out of a kid that still leaves streaks in hisunderwear. The ?shift? supervisor was at an ear shot away and she couldn?t be bothered with the way junior was answering to acustomer. Very disappointing. I will definitely not be coming back. Maybe that is their objective. Word of advise for Jaime,keep up that attitude kiddo and you?ll be in the same place 10 years from now. Life and your attitude will definitely take careof that. I love domino's however this location absolutely lacks respect for their customers. I waited over 30 minutes just for a driver... to pick up me pizza, I spend 20$ for a cold pizza! I'm usually the type to want to order pizza because it tastes better but withthis experience I'd rather cook a frozen pizza myself. And when I called the store the lady was absolutely rude. I placed an order for delivery online. I received my confirmation email stating 17-27 mins for delivery. I waited 45 mins and... still hadn't received my delivery. I then called the store. After a brief hold I spoke to a young man who informed me thatthey had no delivery drivers and could switch my food to pickup or cancel my order. I asked if the food had been made and hetold me no. If I could give negative stars I would! This store has some serious issues. Ordered online and they messed it up. When I went... back to the store to get it fixed since no one would answer the phone I was told that at 8:37 pm the oven were off... The storehours are until midnight so what exactly are they doing for 3 and a half hours... Problem #1: The employees obviously cannotREAD the tickets that tell them what toppings are supposed to be on the pizza or they simply do not care. Problem #2 There isobviously no actual quality check or if there is whoever is doing that is not looking at what was actually ordered just that itlooks like pizza. Problem #3 The managers do not have full control over the store when there is an issue. We used to order fromthis store pretty often before covid but now it is just complete trash!!! They can't get anything right and they never answerthe phone. The general manager and district manager need to be FIRED!!! since they obviously do not care about this store or howit makes all domino's stores look bad. Followed my order on there tracker. Tom 40 min to make the pizza. Another 20 min on quality control. Once driver left with my... pizza took 30 min to deliver. She decided to stop at the Shell station and take a break before delivering my pizza. Pizza wasbarely warm. Read more
