Went Nov 14th at 3pm. The male employee was very slow. There were 5 people ahead of me and then he took 10 mins to make my 2... simple sandwiches. My total time in the restaurant was 32 minutes. The female employee was a pro she was fast and efficienttrying to help him as much as she could in between making the bread. I think he was new on the job. I'll be back tho. Read more
Regular here for about a year or so , just recently got food poisoning from this spot. Not eating here anymore or any other... subway for that matter, once I get food poisoning from a place I cancel it for life. Haven?t ate at Chilis in over 20 years dueto food poisoning now Subway is added to that list. Managers are friendly but I question the staff they hire as some of themseem to be lazy and not motivated to work, probably why I caught food poisoning from a lack of awareness on staff cleaning orsomething , who knows either way imo don?t eat here , if u want subway go to jimmy John?s or jersey mikes or find a new locationbut subway has officially fallen off so eat with caution Read more
This location is probably one of the Worst Subways I?ve been to. I?ve pulled up several times and all the employees are hanging... outside of the store smoking cigarettes playing with friends not tending to the store, They definitely give me Racist vibes likethey don?t want to patron people of Color and They are always Out of something wether it?s Meat Bread Veggies or Mayo it?s veryUnprofessional and ordering online is useless because no matter the time allotted when you get there to pick up it?s Never ready??? Was in there on 5/24/22 at 1230p.m.the young man working was doing his best I understand it was lunch time and busy but my... online order took 30 minutes atleast after the time it said it would be done to get finished. The young man was trying but theyoung woman did not seem like she wanted to help much only berate him on how much he puts on sub, while she was messing uporders. Then also not helping him complete online orders in a timely fashion. Pretty sure leaving a review isn't going to change things based on all the past low star reviews but here I am... The app is... slow and cumbersome, things ordered don't translate to the person making the food, extra meat paid for but not received, extralettuce requested but not received. Odd, but one can get a burger and fries at a sit down restaurant for the same price as aSubway sandwich. I think Subway better rethink their model. Read more
