Not sure why this location has some bad reviwes. Ive constantly gotten good chicken here. The only negative i have is that there... were couple of occasions where they ran out of chicken and said the wait could be 20mins. Overall the 16pc family meal for 30dollarsis is still a good value with 3 sides and legsor thighs. Enough for multiple meals. I think the chicken here is highflavor than any chicken in some other local pollo loco fast food resturaunt. Read more

Just went and ordered "pollo bowls" for my family. Their response: "we're out of pollo bowls. We only have dinner meals."... Ummm... What? You're out of rice, beans, and chicken? The same thing that your dinner menu is made of. Terrible service. Soundslike they have lazy workers at that location. Next time I'll go to churches chicken, Popeyes, or KFC.
