Not sure why this location has some bad reviwes. Ive constantly gotten good chicken here. The only negative i have is that there... were couple of occasions where they ran out of chicken and said the wait could be 20mins. Overall the 16pc family meal for 30dollarsis is still a good value with 3 sides and legsor thighs. Enough for multiple meals. I think the chicken here is highflavor than any chicken in some other local pollo loco fast food resturaunt. Read more
Everything was salty! The rice had salt, the avocado salsa had salt! Cannot wrap my chicken and dip my salsa like I used to,... very disappointing! Read more

Just went and ordered "pollo bowls" for my family. Their response: "we're out of pollo bowls. We only have dinner meals."... Ummm... What? You're out of rice, beans, and chicken? The same thing that your dinner menu is made of. Terrible service. Soundslike they have lazy workers at that location. Next time I'll go to churches chicken, Popeyes, or KFC. This place sucks, reviews confirm it. I ordered a stuffed quesadilla but it had no cheese and barely any birria. Definitely... never coming back. I finished it either way, didnt taste bad but I'm starving and I'm still craving a stuffed quesadilla, I wasgiven birria in a tortilla with a little bit of cilantro, and I didnt get my sour cream either. Worst pollo loco i have ever been to in my life. Everything tasted like the people that made it had no idea what they were... doing. Mac and cheese was watery and spilled all over my food thanks to it. all the sauces watery, they didnt have creamycilantro. And the overall quality was just inconsistent with the standards im used to at pollo loco. Maybe the workers were newtoday but this experience was awful and i wont be coming back to this location. It looks like other reviewers have had this sameproblem id post on the website so they can better address these issues but from the looks of it it'd be a waste of my time.Nothing has been done about the quality of this place for months if not years i can see reviews going back to a year or moreabout their watered down sauce and bad service so my advice. Yea never going back to this place nor my family place was disgusting kids behind the register with bad attitude when one of... the costumers complained the Y tought it was joke the the gentleman complained about the restrooms being dirty and ll the trashon the floor, the had the nerve to say "go ahead take pictures" I wonder what would of happened if the health inspector wouldwalked in in all the filth 5 guys behind the registers and not one able to clean.
