I find it inconsistent. Sometimes the smoothies are thick and perfect and sometimes liquid as water. I've had 2 açai bowls... before, amazing! But today, the fruit was all great, but it was like a cold soup. Pure liquid! Why would the worker serve thatmess??? Read more
I ordered the delivery option from this location, and I just don't understand.. Right out of the bag, they were not even Jamba... Juice cups.. they were general, run of the mill cups.. I got the cold brew coffee, which I've had and enjoyed before, but it wasdisgusting, and stringy when I poured it out in the sink.. Next they gave me a breakfast sandwich instead of the veggie springitem. No indication from an email, saying something would be wrong.. just wow. Sent in a complaint, hopefully they don't mess upeven more and not give a refund. Read more

I have only been here twice and both times I've been greater as I walk inside the door. I've asked what type of drink they... recommend, especially to quench my thirst. They gave me a good recommendation plus the staff have me a tall cup with water andice while I waited! No matter how busy and packed it gets, they're able to get me in and out quickly. Jamba Juice is small, clean and organized. It's located in a large plaza on El Monte. Staff were amiable and competent. Prices... were fair. They have plenty of healthy smoothies and bowls to choose from. I chose their plant-based apple n' greens smoothiewhich has apple strawberry juice blend, kale, mangos, banana and peaches. It only has 320 calories. Perfect for a sizzling hotLA weather. Overall I had a very thirst quencher and healthy smoothie. Read more
Big chunks of frozen mango in my bowl.... probably should have blended this more. Stick to Pitaya bowls people.
Customer service here is horrible. Never got to order, and I was the only one in line... How pathetic is that for a Jamba Juice.... Waited for about 10 mins. No acknowledgement for customers in this place. Now I know why it's always empty ????????. I even hadtime to wave hello to the security cameras , show them I was waiting ????????. Nice staff. Friendly. Fast service. I got the large Peanut Butter Moo'd. It cost $8.59. Damn inflation. At least it was yummy.
