This location is terrible. Waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes before being helped. Nobody was at the front or the window.... It's clear that the manager needs to be fired as this place has been understaffed and unorganized for months. Nothing is everready and I'm always told it will be a 20-30 minute wait. This has happened my last 4 visits in the past 3 months. The onlyreason to come here was the convenience and without that they have nothing to offer. Will not be coming back here anymore. Iffor some reason you still want Little Ceasars you're much better off driving to the south El Monte location as you'll get betterquality and probably get your order faster. Read more

Food was yummy and kids approved. My kids especially loves the breadsricks. We have been there already 3 times this week. Love... that this location has a drive thru. The only thing you need to be prepared for is to wait 10 minutes for breadsricks. 2 out of3 times I had to wait. But overall, love ???? the food and price is very affordable. Read more
Ordered on the app at 2:05pm for pick up at pizza portal as I usually do. This location on the app allowed for selection between... portal or drive thru pick up. I selected portal because it didn't make sense to me to wait in a drive-thru line when I can justrun in and grab it from the portal. I arrived early and parked to wait for notification that my order was loaded into the portalas I have done many times before. I noticed another customer walk up to the doors and try to enter only for the doors to belocked. I then checked the time and realized that it was almost 10minutes past the 2:21-2:26 pick up window. No notification, noemail. I realized that they have the lobby closed, understandable with the Covid stuff, however, the app shows portal pick up isavaliable for this location. I got into the drive thru line and waited. Upon getting to the window I showed Assistant ManagerSadie my phone with the order info on it and commented that they should look at having their online ordering updated to reflectthat they are drive thru only at this time. Sadie informed me that "thats really not my problem" and that she would get it forme. I then watched her walk to a counter between the kitchen and front of house and pick up my pizza and breadsticks that havebeen sitting there for unknown time (this is now 15-20 minutes after my original pickup window) without temperature control. I used to love going to this Little Caesars cause the drive thru would make things easier especially with my little one. Today... when I went I got this pizza completely uncut and the cut you see on the pizza that?s how I was given the pizza. I called tocomplain and they didn?t even try to make up for this. Awful. Ordered two pizzas. One was Half and half. With only one half having a topping. The other was Detroit style thick... crust. Both were over cooked, and my son said the thick crust one was so bland he thought he had Covid. Never again. Domino'sis right up the street. Much better pizza Read more
