Didnt receive my lettuce or my avocado watered smashed tomatoes was my favorite place for freshness not tonight gave it a 2
I usually NEVER leave reviews but I feel like I need to. Today at around 8:20pm i went into subway at this exact location and... ordered a protein style bowl. the guy was nice and was helpful but the woman there named "Edith" was VERY RUDE. I asked forpepper jack cheese to be added and she said "ughh we don't do that only sprinkle cheese go on protein bowls and salads." I evenoffered to pay extra. She sighed and slapped my cheese aggressively onto the protein bowl. "EDITH" was very rude and badcustomer service, she should definitely be trained in customer service Edicate. I have been to this Subway multiple times, but today did it for me to write this review. I went in around 12:40pm, poured myself... soda & noticed it was watered down. I told the female worker in the front counter about it & she simply looked at me & lookedaway. EVERYTIME I see her face she looks miserable. Which makes my experience not so enjoyable! So once I got the cold shoulderI asked her what her name was since she didn?t follow work protocol as well & didn?t have her badge on her, she then said ?ohyeah the Dr. Pepper is out? then I repeated my question & she hesitates & states it?s ?Nicky? didn?t sound believable but Subwaydo your company a favor & have her doing dishes instead! No one needs an unpleasant face to go with a decent meal. It ruins itall. But overall the gentleman who made my order during the same time was very on it, very kind, & made me not so upset overall!He deserves to handle the public. Read more
probably the worst subway I?ve ever been to, the employees don?t even greet you when you walk in. I ordered soups and the girl... who served me didn?t fill them up all the way, soup comes with crackers she didn?t even bother saying I?m sorry we?re out ofcrackers just packs my soup and I ask her for crackers and says ?we out of them?. Been there a few times already and they stillhaven?t restocked them. Her attitude was so bad. I got a fountain drink the coke was basically water I asked them if they canhelp me out and they cared about making themselves a sandwich then helping me out. So unprofessional. If I can give this nostars I would. If you?re going to be working with customer service attitude needs to change or get another job bc they seemmiserable there. Read more
The lady was acting like please go away. She was having a conversation with her friend who was laying her head on the counter by... the register. Yuck hair and face on the counter.she made my sandwich so badly it looked like a 2 year old made it. It had hardlyany meat. Then when I asked for avocado she wouldn't give me any. She had 3 and 1/2 of them she said they were short on avocadospointing to a sign. I paid for my meal but she refused to give me my receipt. I felt uncomfortable about that cuz I used my cardand her attitude was giving me a red flag.she refused to give me my oatmeal cookies after I paid for it and gave me an attitudefor asking for something I paid for. This is the worst place I?ve gotten a subway from! I hate giving bad reviews but my sandwich was just unacceptable ! The... employees when asked what to put on the Sandwich the employee ?signed? like he was mad or something. If he doesn?t want to workthere he should get another job, just saying. Their work ethnic is bad they don?t really care if the sandwich is sloppy. Ibought 6 sandwiches but seemed like I was getting them for free. Some of them were not even cut in half. Not bad, but some of the staff need more training. I'm not a loud person so they can't hear me when they keep talking to each... other when making my order. And they talk to each other a lot. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but if you're making my sub andasking for effigy ingredients at least look in my direction. Other than that, the place is clean and the food taste great. Read more
