Love the food but always a wait while ordering via the drive through.
The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.. get... home and there's no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course... no answer. They always dothis. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they can't do my full order... then they have nocabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling... and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. I'm so donewith them. This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is... going on charging me for avocado when I don?t get any ? This place always takes forever to give you your food. I've been to other WaBa Grills and they give you your food right away,... this place always takes forever from 10-15 mins for a simple order to one time almost 25 mins! The only reason I still come tothis place is because it is the closest and most convenient and the food is good, but the service needs to be improved!! Read more
I like WaBa Grill never really had a complaint. I ordered a Chicken veggie bowl sans the rice. I felt I was over charged paying... $9 when the menu in the drive-thru $6.89. When I got home there was very little Chicken and broccoli. But the bottom was Full ofCabbage! This was my worst experience here. I don't eat CABBAGE and I was still hungry. ???? Read more
The food is great same as the place. Is just the people who work there. We got here (Waba grill) around 7:00 pm on Sunday and... suddenly the managers locks all doors at 7:25. We were wondering what to do in case of an emergency. Plus more than 6 peoplewalked away because the doors were locked and the closed time it says 8:00 pm and is barely 7:40. People were looking at uslike. Can u open the door. Which I did for one. But I don?t know everything in here is great just the management is horrible Read more
Cabbage tasted odd. Like it?s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall... dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money. Read more
