I made a mobile order and was checked in at the drive thru. Had to wait a long time because people don?t order through app and... take a little time to order but understandable. The girl at the window was friendly. Once I got my food, I had to check to seeif everything was in the bag and I have always bad luck with missing an item or the person not hearing me. I was missing an itemso I had to park and let them know. That same girl was telling the guy who helped me that she put the missing item in. I askedthe guy if he wanted to check the bag. So why would I get off just to say I am missing something? I don?t take advantage ofthings but really? I checked the bag and the receipt and was missing something. Service could have been better. Really bad service, bad attitude. I was surprised by my tasty meal. Haven been to Wendy's in over 30 years. They even had a working restroom.
