I always order from this wingstop, and never had problems with it, i placed 2 orders! Ordered 20pcs boneless wings and they... forgot 10 of my wings!! When i called they told me to bring in all my food when I was already at home!! I explained to them howmy food is going to get cold driving back and forth and taking them out, and if they can just remake my whole order .. and hestill said no!! I even asked him if he can give me a 10$ gift card and still nothing!! So I paid 20$ for only 10 dam wings!!!Ridiclious!! Never again Read more

They got my order wrong. I ordered way ahead of time for the Super Bowl, and all I ordered was a voodoo fries and a nacho... fries.. they were rude as fvck. I got there after my pick-up time because I knew it was going to be busy. And still had to waitanother 10 minutes. Not only that, my order was wrong. They didn't give me the nacho cheese fries.. Instead, I got some dry azzcorn. I wasn't given a receipt but was still able to put in a complaint online. All they sent was a coupon for free fries WITH apurchase.. That's not ok. I want the nacho fries I bought. The voodoo fries I ordered were jacked up, too.. Most were bits andburnt pieces, not even worth picking at.. Indians bother calling that day because the person on the phone was being rude to thepeople who did call.. This location is trash and always making mistakes.. Read more
On Saturday 01/01/22 I walked into the store at 11:30pm knowing they close at 12. The guy tells me are you here for a pickup? I... said no I would like to make an order. He says I just did my last order on the phone. Even though I had been calling the storesince 11:20pm and nobody was answering. He then says you can order online. I was like can I just order here while the guy isstanding in-front of me he literally tells me to make my order online! I told him that would only add more time for me to placemy order why cant I order here in person? He just said, ?you can order online?. It made no sense that while I am at the store hewould send me to order online. I was so disappointed with this customer service. Because I love wingstop. But this guy wasterrible. Read more
The food was great. I ordered from Doordash. When I called (wingstop) to confirm the order, due to it being a large order, they... kept me on hold for 7 mins, when my dasher left, she spoke to me (kept on hold again) and then every time I would call and assoon as the conversation started with her, she would just hang up on me; I called about 10 times It sucks because the cooks didgreat. The food was great but it seems the cashier was just having a bad day an I am being disregarded and ignored. I know theywere busy, but good customer service goes a long way. Read more
Of all the Wing Stop around this locations, this place is the best service with excellent employees that take you order... correctly and on a time when ready.. With out the extra wait. Love the fries and the classic hot is the best with Hawaiianflavor. Read more
This wing stop is better then the other. I've came here a couple of times now and the service hasn't changed.
I called at 11pm, and they answered and said they were done taking orders, a whole hour till they closed?! UH?????
