McDonald's is usually pretty consistent...you know what to expect. Unfortunately, the quarter pounder I ordered during my road... trip was nothing more than a highly overcooked hockey puck of pure salt. Pretty inedible, but I was already back in the roadbefore I realized it. I don't normally send food back to be replaced, but this was bad enough to have warranted it. It made mewonder, "Did they drop this patty on the floor and decide to burn off the germs by just cooking it again and dousing it withmore salt so they could still use it?!" Read more
Worst Mc Donald's. Got a Big Mac meal. Picked my sandwich up and the top bun just crumbled in my fingers because it was so... stale. The fries were ice cold and stale. The whole meal went into the garbage & now I have to cook ????. I'm sorry, but youjust have to do better for what you charge. Read more
We waited in line for 30 minutes for our order to be completely wrong. It's not too much to ask that the meal you're spending a... lot of money on be right. My sausage egg and cheese biscuit was just a sausage patty, and the large pumpkin spice latte was aregular latte. I ended up going to Starbucks afterwards (and spending more money) to get it done right. The food I did get wasso gross I just threw it out. What a waste of time and money! Read more
Was stuck at the drive through for over 10 min and after I finally got to order I went up to the window to pay and no one was in... the window so I pulled up to the next window and they yell out inside that I havnt paid yet and I explained no one was in theback window and they get rude with me and say we'll she had to go do something. Then they turn to another employee and say Ineed to stand up for her. In my opinion I wouldn't suggest anyone eat there I was not rude or mean in anyway toward them Read more
Went to 2 different McDonalds. First one drive thru line was absolutely horrible waited over 20 minutes and was then told we... were out of the product we wanted, Hazelnut Iced Coffee. 2nd McDonald's was told soda machine was not working and that a techwas being called in on a Sunday to fix it. This place is absolutely disgusting. Nine of the tables are clean, there's food left on all of them. The floors are just as bad... as the tables. There are dead flies all over the Soda machine. I ordered our food and then had to wait as every single employeelooked at me then walked past just to get my drinks (over 10 minutes, and yes I said excuse me to all of them). The manager wasbad mouthing a woman in the drive thru who was ALSO patiently waiting for her drinks. All of the employees were yelling andcursing at each other over who's turn it wad to make sweet tea. The place was not busy at all so it shouldn't have looked thisgross at 3:00pm. The service was worse than the state of the building. Definitely will not be returning to this McDonald's orrecommending it to anyone local. Read more
Worst McDonalds ever. Inside was filthy. Not one clean table at 11:30 for lunch. Soda machine area was also a mess. Very few... straws or napkins left. Bathroom was ridiculous. Asked an employee in the other stall for toilet paper and was totally ignored.Needs some new management! Read more
Fries were cold and oversalted. Window workers didn't show any kindness, but seemed indifferent that I was even there, handed me... my food without looking at me. BUT, not the worst McDonald's experience I've had so, you get a 3 star from me, considering it'sMcDonald's. Read more
