I'm writing this review because this restaurant needs to be wall to wall packed, especially on a Saturday. We got take-out and... ordered the Short Ribs as an app, followed by 4 sushi rolls: Volcano, Hot Crunchy, Lollipop, and Lobster. We picked thechicken fried rice as a side and let me tell you, it was all tasty and even in takeout, they didn't skimp on presentation. Lobster meat was spot-on cooked, not rubbery. Sauces complemented the rolls, not over powered. For the quality and taste, youwill pay more than the El Paso market typically offers - ***it is worth it*** Even though it was takeout, the crew was gracious. I'll tip to that. Best sushi in town, fresh and delicious! The service was amazing.
My husband and I had a date night here the weekend before last and we absolutely loved it! I?d never had a sushi roll with fried... chicken but it was great. The fish in the chirashi bowl tasted fresh which is a hard find considering our location. All the foodoverall was so flavorful. The service was A++ as well. Don't order the tuna belly unless you plan to drop $50 on four pieces of sushi! Waiter presented it as an appetizer, which sure,... we'll try something new, only to receive the check to see that those 4 pieces of sushi made up more than 50% of the price. The absolute best sushi in town. A must-visit I?ve tried most of everything on their menu. They have something for... everyone. Most authentic, and freshest sushi I?ve had in El Paso. Prior to COVID, I loved to sit at the sushi bar and conversewith the chefs. I?ve personally seen them cut off and throw away fish that other places will still sell. Quality and freshnessis key to them here, and it shows. They have some delicious delicacies I haven?t had anywhere else in town. Short ribs, friedrice, hamachi Kama, anything from the kitchen i highly recommend. They have a great variety of sake, Asian beers, anddesserts. Ask for a half green tea and half lemonade beverage. You won?t regret it. Place looks immaculately clean, staff isfriendly and has become one of my frequent spots to eat. One of the best traditional tasting sushi places in El Paso. A quiet location located in a corner of a busy intersection. The... place is quiet, clean and beautiful inside. Their tempura is so fresh, lightly crisp with a traditional Japanese taste. TheMiso is tasty with sprinkles of chives. Great tasting sushi ???? rolls. I highly recommend. Amazing delicious fresh nigiri sushi, very fresh and soothes the stomach. They make real fresh wasabi for some more pricey... dishes served on a leaf and sea shell, and use the regular wasabi paste for others.
