Sushie is okay, although the customer service is horrendous, the cash register woman is always super rude and angry and screamed... at the employees right in front of the customer (2 others besides me) and other employees YUCK! Not asking for the red carpettreatment, although at least treat your employees decent. We get sushie from here regularly and tip for take out.. even anoccasional "thank you," from time to time would be nice, instead of treating like we are a big horrible, inconsiderate bother intheir day. Everyone has mad faces and bad attitudes, probably because they are screamed at by that woman! If the customer issuch a sorrow for them they should not be in business! Horrible customer service, sushie was decent, just Horrendous customerservice. I was also over charged...there is literally nothing, except distance, that would distinguish from other sushie places.Guess I'm just going to start making my own with ingredients purchased elsewhere as this was the last time patronizing thisbusiness. So the food was good I'd probably go again. But the portions are imo kinda small. I ordered chicken teriyaki and there wasn't... much chicken at all and I got a side order of fried rice. Also the prices on the wall are 'out of date' so order from the actualmenu where they've bothered to actually update the price. The food is good! But I think alot of the grocery is overpriced I meanat the walmart across the street a couple of the same ramen packs that this place overprices, for a solid dollar less for a 4pack. I'd go again. But I'd probably order differently. Read more

I got food poisoning from this place that sent me to the ER. I got all cooked sushi, so I am definitely questioning their... kitchen hygiene and how they keep their fish. Not to mention I was met with ?you have 5 minutes to order? and the store wasstill open for 3 more hours. I ran out to my car real quick and let them know I was doing so because no one was at the cashierwhere I was waiting for 5 mins. As soon as I came back in they scolded me and said how rude I was for leaving withoutpaying....I let them know I was waiting there for some time and you acknowledged that I was running outside with ?yes, it willtake 10-15 minutes?. Absolutely, absolutely do not recommend if not for customer service, but for health sake. Read more

I found this location through google. Went to the market to look for sushi supplies. At first the lady was nice and helped me... look for everything I needed. There are no prices anywhere so I?m thinking I will find out once I?m at the cash register. Well,at the cash register I couldn?t see any of the prices while being scanned. The total came out to $89. She was so quick to ask myhusband for our credit card and she ran it so quickly that we didn?t have time to question anything. After scanning everythingwe told her we wanted to know how much each item cost. She got so angry at us so we said we will return some items. She didn?tknow how to return items and had to call someone to help her. We tried to tell her that we didn?t want to return everything,only a few items. She had an attitude, didn?t want to hear us and decided to void everything still. I told my husband to justleave but he insisted to be patient with her and buy only 3 things from the groceries. We did and we left. We went across thestreet to Walmart and found the same exact items for half price. We returned to the market and asked to return two other items.She was so angry, said some very unprofessional things to us, pouted and accepted our return. The whole experience was verybizarre and weird. Their products are 3 times more than what they are selling for at markets. She told us they are a smallbusiness which we understand but selling one small sweet potato for almost $2 is insane to me. It?s a rip off and no one shouldbe ripped off. Avocados, rice are extremely expensive. We will never return here again. The rudeness, attitude was veryunprofessional, we felt unwanted at this store. Read more

Usually the service is bearable, but today it was really bad. I called ahead to place an order for one sushi roll, I said I will... pay when I get there. 10 minutes later I went in and paid as soon as I got there. I waited an additional 30 minutes after thatfor one roll, that I never got. I asked for a refund because at this point I was hungry and really wanted to leave. The ladycashier (the owner) gave me a hard time saying I wanted to wait to pay and I told her yes because I wanted a drink as well butnow I want a refund. My card kept declining the refund for some reason and I asked for cash in which she got upset and gave itto me. Then proceeded to say "Next time you order sushi I am not going to refund it, you wait." This was my go to place, notanymore. Read more

I came here for the first time with one of my friends from work this past Friday. Our server was Rosa. She was so kind and... friendly. A genuine smile on her face. I ordered just the California roll. It was so delicious and inexpensive. I really enjoyedit. I really enjoyed the service too. My coworker loved his Food as well. Besides it being negative 50 degrees in there ( I'mexaggerating but it felt like it haha) I would definitely come back again and again. They have a store connecting next door andthey have a lot of items. I dig it. Read more
