I asked for a customized banana split, and I asked for one of the ice creams to be cookie dough and I got cookies and cream (I... do not like cookies and cream AT ALL. There is a difference). At the window before paying, I asked for extra strawberries on theside and the girl said ?I already put it in there.? All I wanted was more strawberries on the side in a separate container. Iwas not trying to make her do more work and take my banana split out the bag and put it in there. I just wanted an extracontainer of some. Very disappointed about this experience. I loved Baskin-Robbins but now, I don?t think I will be returninganymore to any locations due to this experience. Very rude. I just wanted some ice-cream my way. Read more

Good ice-cream. Somewhat overworked/understaffed place. Many flavors of ice-cream are missing/out but what they have left over... is pretty good. Also, you can't enter the business or order after 8:30 pm unless you are going through their drive through. Read more

First of all, the hours here say the store is open until 10:30pm daily. On Sunday night I was craving a banana split, so I... drove for 20 minutes from the UTEP area because this store was the only store open that was fairly close. I arrived at 9:48pm. The menu displays were turned off, and all the chairs were already turned upside down on the tables. I asked for a menu, andwas told they were already turned off. I tried to order a banana split and was told they were out of bananas. They wereobviously trying to close the store down, and everything was already put away. I asked what time they closed, and they said10pm. This is my biggest pet peeve with businesses. So, was closing time at 10pm? Or 10:30 like it?s stated here? Eitherway, I was there at 9:48pm. The store was not closed yet. Why couldn?t I be served? Why was everything alreadyshutdown? This is not the way to run a business. A customer that arrives 15 minutes (or 45 minutes?) before closing timedeserves the same product choices and service as the customers who arrive 10 minutes after the store opens. I was so looking forward in having 2 of my favorite flavors. I was so disappointed when I put in my order and the young lady... said that they did not have neither one. Not good! especially when your favorite flavors are even included at 31 flavors toenjoy?? Read more

As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by the smell of the freshly made icecream cones. The place can be very asthetic to... eat in or enjoy on the outside shade it provides. Service wise could improve, but nothing horrible or rude, still productive andfriendly enough to get you what you pay for. Read more

Rude staff. We are regulars at this location and my drive thru experience today was terrible. Customer service is STILL... important. If I leave feeling bad about spending my money do you think I will return? No. Properly train your staff so that itdoesn?t reflect poorly on your business. Read more
