Drive thru attendant was obviously hating her job tonight. I asked for fresh patties for our orders and it seemed like I asked... her to kill the cow herself. Kevin took my order and prepared it as well. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. The dining area and... the restroom was extremely clean. The order was hot and accurate. They also give a 10% military discount. Read more

The young lady at the window was very patient and friendly. I had no issues with her; but they got my mobile order wrong. Our... Whoppers were NOT made the way we specifically ordered them. ???? This is the THIRD time this has happened. The first time theyactually redid our entire order after we called them and had to trek back to them. We were very grateful. ???? These next twotimes we didn't think it was worth it to drive all the way back and wait another 25 minutes in line for them to redo it.????????Gas prices are just too crazy to venture back for another burger or hot fries. I even asked them to please make sure thefries were hot...but nope. ????They were cold and looked rigid and stale. Either frostbitten or overcooked. Not sure which. Thestaff at the window are always very kind, understanding, and helpful. Unfortunately the issues are coming from whoever iscooking the orders. ALL three times our burgers were completely wrong, even after I asked them to please make sure that theyhave NO ketchup, mayo,or onions...Food allergies. It's pretty devastating when you go home expecting to enjoy a delicious mealand either have to heat something else up or rinse your patties off. ???????????????? We will NOT be going back anymore. Atleast not to THIS particular location. ???????????? One time is forgiveable, two times excusable, three times.... I'm just afool. ???? Oh and when I tried doing the survey online, it told me Sorry it couldn't allow me to continue based on theinformation given....it was the same day, and only allowed me restaurant, day, time, and location. What's happening BurgerKing? Quality is going down. Seems like employees don't take any pride in what they do. A job is a job.... You are paid to do that job. Sometimes I like some more patty with my buns. Read more

Staff does not acknowledge you when first arrival. Then drink machine is closed so you have to be asking them for refill. When I... went, the male team member wearing a brown shirt had AirPods on. He conveniently helped his friend on the register then totallyignored me when i was asking for a refill that I just ended up sitting back down, finishing up my food and left! The teammanager also just totally ignores customers as well and laughs with the cook. Bad service and will not be back to this location. Read more

At this location they always forget something. Also ordered the bacon king and it only had one piece of bacon. Think I would... rather drive further to get better service. And on another sandwich looks like they just put half a portion of egg. Read more

So, I don't know what the deal is with this particular location but I have had bad experience after bad experience. I have had... to even reach out to corporate and talk to them about this incident that had occurred. You will see in the photos that mymozzarella sticks had yellow cheese instead of the white stretchy cheese. My onion rings literally had no onion in it - thefryer I am more than positive wasn't cleaned - I know new employees are inexperienced or probably just lazy who knows but thisliterally happens when you don't follow instructions/protocol. The rules are there for a reason and if you don't follow thempeople literally have to go as far as reach corporate to get money back. I was really upset with the store manager when herresponse was to immediately provide me with a new batch when I ordered from Door Dash, meaning I have no ride. At the time I wasalso working myself. The store manager also tried to blame door dash for THE MEAL. HOW IS THAT DOOR DASH'S FAULT?! Anyway, Icould say a lot more but this particular store need serious help from corporate. Read more
