It's gone down dramatically over the last several months in every level. Customer service, taste, value, speed, and options. App... never works. Staff rude and unprofessional. There as some of the best tasting burger la of all time! The combination of tasty high quality ingredients in the whopper makes... this one of our favorite burgers of all! The taste of the grilled meat, the fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles, and theMayo-like sauce is amazing! We love eating there often. I just wish that the coupons on the app were more available because meand my partner look at the offers. For example, my partner may have one offer available that I don?t or I have one that mypartner doesn?t have available. Order 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries and ghost pepper nuggets. I live less than five minutes away. Food was barely warm when I got... home. Had to microwave my burgers, fries lukewarm at best and ended up with regular nuggets rather than the ghost pepper Iordered! The lady at the drive thru didn't even put my receipt in the bag and also need to mentioned she wasn't the friendliest!Seems like fast food places on the west side of el paso are not the best, have had issues at other places in the area besidesBurger King. Good food at a good price. This location tends to be slower than others because they're understaffed. So expect to wait for your... "fast food". Also... be sure to ask for light mayonnaise, if not, your bread will fall apart in your fingers Read more
Staff was very slow, 10 minutes on the front register and no one to take my order the place was literally empty, only a couple... cars by drive-through and some people on drive-through came inside mad because they got the wrong order. Waited about 30 minutesjust to get mixed old lettuce and half empty fries. Read more
