Came here ordered burgers shift manager Gloria T tells me no burgers are ready does not give me an ETA nothing. Ordered... something else tells me they dont let her accept a Burger King card? I still got my food but that was terrible service. Won?t beback to this location. Read more
Buyer-Be-Ware when using the App. When I arrived to the restaurant, the employee informed me my order did not appear on on the... screen and asked me to refresh my page. I did but got a different order number. I was told I would not get charged twice, butBurger King did. I returned to restaurant after 3 days and showed Manager on duty my charge was not pending but approved. Ifollowed her instructions and contacted Burger King through the app. The employee confirmed I had only made one purchase pickupand stated the other purchase was going to get dropped. I did inform her the purchase was not pending and was already in the endof month statement, I did pay my statement. Overall, I was charged twice, wasted my time driving down to Burger King and showingmy statement and following what appeared to be the appropriate steps for a refund. I even filled out the customer servicesurvey with no positive end result. It?s a shame I don?t plan on purchasing the food there anymore since I really like the tasteof it. My issue is not so much as the money( I spent more in gas trying to get my refund) but it?s the principle that counts. Read more
After a long day of work ordered two whopper meals and food was completely cold . Bread was hard as a croutons and meat was a... color gray not even meat looking amd cheese was just slapped on food too cold for the cheese to melt so no luck on that.Mozzarella sticks I ordered were completely frozen. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order 4 times and explain what i meant when I asked for my sandwhic to be on 2... bottom buns. I didn't get a receipt and I could count the number of fries in my "medium" sized fry. The burger and buns werefresh and the food came fast, but I still regret going to this location. Read more
Ordered a breakfast platter, the eggs, croissant, pancakes and sausage were great. The hasbrown bites were very bad. More than... half were hard as a rock, you could tell they had probably been refried twice and had been sitting there for a while. The smallthings in an order do make a difference on whether or not you'll come back. If you want for customers to come back, that's notthe way to get them back. Read more
