$6 for this I should have gone to mc Donald's if I wanted this. Horrible food for the price. Never again be warned.
I will never go to Carls Jr ever again. I pull up to the drive thru and was interested in the newly advertised Sourdough star.... They didn?t have it. I then asked if they still had the Primal rib burger they were unsure and then minutes later told me theydidn?t. I then proceeded to order from the app to claim an offer for a discounted famous star and they told me to get out oftheir drive thru because I was taking too long. I told them that there was no cars behind me and that I was trying to order fromthe app and they told me to go park because I was taking too long. So according to them they would rather have no business atall than rack up a few extra seconds on some kind of drive thru timer. That is absolutely fine with me, besides whataburgerclears Carl?s Jr. every day of the week and even McDonald?s customer service is better than this as bad as that sounds. Thanksfor nothing carls Jr you need to hire employees who care about customers it?s no wonder there was no cars behind me you guys area joke and I will be spending my money on other places now even at Burger King. Was in line for 20 minutes. Fast food? Food was cold. Go to another Carl?s Jr. If you can. It?s been like this for awhile now.
Should probably update their hours. Sign says open til 11pm. Sat in the drive thru at 9:10 pm and got completely ignored by the... staff inside until i pulled away to leave. THEN the boy in the window just looked at me and turned back around. Read more
ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO EVER COME BACK HERE. the manager Johnathan is completely unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting 25 minutes... on the side for my DRIVE THROUGH order then proceed to serve the cars that were behind me. When i walked inside they weresetting up the burgers on bare titanium with no cover in a complete messy station. Then proceeded to provide me a FAKE CORPORATENUMBER when i asked for one. Also told me to "chill" when explaining my frustrations. if anyone has the means to shut this nasty& disrespectful place down, plz do so. wish i can provide 0 stars. ???? also he said corporate manager is named Annie. Had to wait extra 15 minutes even though there were no cars in drive through. Forgot our fries and included onions when I asked... for no onions and when we got home to eat, the burgers were cold. Worst experience in a while. Will never go back Read more
I wish I would have read all the reviews before coming here. Ordered through drive through, was told to park around building. It... took 30 minutes for them to bring the order to the car. We left and come to find out that a burger was missing. They did chargeit so we went back. Waited again for another 15 minutes, at this point an hour had gone by since we originally got our order,decided to get our money back. Also need to update their hours are incorrect. Read more
The crew here is great... they seem to be understaffed... and they still get the job done.
