The hot my order wrong not once but TWICE!! The second time they gave me two free items AND STILL got the order wrong!! SMH... ???? I CANNOT BE PLACATED BY FREEBIES!! If had wanted them I would have ordered them! It is beyond annoying that what it seemsI can't have is EXACTLY WHAT I PAY FOR!! Might very well be the worst fast food restaurant in El Paso. You can literally tell they microwave the sandwiches because of... how soggy and hot the lettuce is on the burger when you get it. Also, the vegetables toppings are old. Even the Sprite tastesearthy af, as if they either don't clean the nozzles on the drink machine or had someone sprinkle cigarette ash in your cup,Salt Bae style. My daughter & I were hungry it was way past our dinner. So we decided to stop at Carl's Jr. before heading home. Carls Jr is still my favorite fast food restaurant!! They have the greatest selection of burgers/sandwiches of all fast food... places. I also like the grilled taste of their patties/meat. There is something for everyone on their menu! You can't gowrong! :-) Read more
Bad customer service. I received my order wrong it was 3 combos and it was done through drive through. I had to get off and... show them the burgers were wrong the man helping me has a bad attitude I gave them my receipt and he just threw the bag wburgers to the trash in front of me.
