I have been trying to correct a shorted order happened on 6/7/22 at the 6031 N. Mesa restaurant. I had an immediate reply to my... complaint, when I was not available to reply due to illness, they have completely disavowed my complaint. On 6/7/22, my youngestchild graduated from Franklin High School; the graduation was performed on a Tuesday evening, afterwards, we were in a group of14, including family members from Houston and Los Angeles. There were too few places open that could accommodate a large order. We traveled from UTEP's Don Haskins center to Carl 's Jr at above mentioned restaurant, after placing a large order (over $90.00) and leaving a # 10.00 tip, the order was shorted for 5 members of our party. We arrived home at 9:35 PM and upon findingout the mistake, we called several times, the last time the phone rang over 30 times while we drove back to the store. Wearrived at a few minutes after 10 PM; the store was closed even though their website and the sign on the door said they closedthat day at 11:00 PM. We bought replacements for our disenfranchised and hungry members at Whataburger at 10:35 PM. I have beentrying to get a friendly solution to this mistake on their part to no avail. Too bad, we really like the taste of theirproducts. Please check your orders (especially if big orders) before you leave; once they have your money, they don't care forcustomers or their complaints. Very laziest employments. Nobody in dinner room and I had to waiting nearly 15 minutes for food. Why should I wait 15 minutes... for food if nobody in dinner room? Breakfast is awful, egg made me threw up. I came to other Carl?s like million of timewithout issue until this place is my worst experience. We not eat all, we throw away almost 50-75% food. Also we came in like9am, all of tables are nasty and not clean. How came French Fries still on trash table at 9am? Clearly, they not clean sinceyesterday. LAZY LAZY EMPLOYMENT!!! Read more
Super unprofessional place, they messed up my order so I called the place and they never answered the phone or they would pick... up the phone and hang up on me. I do not recommend this place at all!! Read more
Dont bother with the Primal Angus Thick Burger!! We wanted to try it, we had to open the burger to find the brisket since you... couldn't tell it was even in there. Once I opened it there were only two tiny slivers of brisket, from outside it looked like aregular small basic burger, definitely nothing thick about this burger, it's a waste of your money!! Especially if yourpaying about $13 for it, looks literally nothing like the commercial or picture on website???? Read more
As soon as we entered the restaurant, instead of greeting us, a guy behind the counter said, "if you don't have a mask, you... cannot come in"... There wasn't anything written anywhere about that, and, HE himself wasn't wearing a mask... How dumb isthat. I guess he just didn't want to work. All people have an excuse for not to work nowadays with the COVID... This wastoday 2/15/22 at around 10:40 a.m. Obviously we did not feel welcome and did not eat there. So simple to say, "hi, welcome... So so & so" and give an example of wearing his mask, instead of being so rude. Read more
Don't get combo # 7. The bread is not like the one on the picture, the meat is very flat, and it's just overall not good. For... the price, I should have gotten the burger from Applebee's. Now, that's a good burger. Read more
The food used to be consistent, but over the past year it's gone down in quality and service. I have yet to get a decent order... of fries. They usually short the amount of fries and they're either old, cold or greasy. Sometimes all of the above. I keepgoing back because it's close to home and hopefully one day I'll get that illusive decent order of fries ???? Read more
