I go to this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and it?s just an incredible operation! Service is unparalleled and fast. Although... I go in frequently, I?ve never written a review until today. Giving them 3 stars because of the friendly staff, but if I can give them a rating for Curb side pick up it would be a 1... star. Order my online order, once arrived to CURB SIDE, it took 10 min until I flagged one of the staff members to ask for myorder status. I could get off but if I am ordering curb side its for a good reason. Now, when I got home, my sandwich wasmissing some ingredients and lettuce was old. Lastly, the chicken noodle soup was so thick and with 1 piece of chicken. Just nota good experience over all. Never doing CURB SIDE again. Read more

I want the ownership to know that Diego's leadership, customer service and his team are making our guest experience amazing!... This should be the standard for any industry if they want to achieve success. On our visit with my daughter after a long hot andtiring day , It was really nice to be treated like family and welcomed. Every single person we interacted with had a smile andsincerely helpful. Crispy clean and refreshing was the inside, food quality is superb and attention to detail through out ourvisit. I placed an order on the app and they forgot one of my sandwiches so I called and dealt with Dominic and he is by far the best... manager I have ever talked to. Such a pleasant, friendly staff! At both locations I've visited (NE & West now) Establishment was very clean, ( ate inside for... once!!) I've always liked their Salads, no dissatisfaction w/ this meal ????. Overall, good food here. Read more
What can you say? There is never a Chick-fil-A that isn?t amazing. Food is always fresh and service is always amazing.
Went today for the first time ever! I was expecting more from them. I wasn?t impressed. The girl taking our order looked like... she hated her job and didn?t want to be there.
