The food is okay but every time I go here my food is always cold. It's like the containers that hold the foods don't even have... any type of heating element to keep them at a reasonable temperature. Read more

Nasty!!!! 20 min mobile order pick up wait and soupy burrito bowl. Negative stars
I ordered a steak burrito to be delivered to my house because I don't have a car more than five hours ago and when I received it... it had no steak yet my card was still charged the normal price. When I spoke to the manager Iliana she offered to make me a newone but wouldn't deliver it and said I would have to pick it up even though I had already stated the reason why I chose my foodto be delivered was because I couldn't go in person to the establishment. Even if I could, why should I have to personally gowhen it was their mistake? She said she would give me my money back but like I said it's already been a few hours and my bankstatement is still the same. Ms Manager, please give me my money back like you said you would and I will remove thisreview. Update: I did get an email and my refund will be processed in a few days. Slowest chipotle I have ever been to. They constantly run out of main ingredients like chicken, salsa, lettuce, and cheese.... Overall the worst pseudo- Mexican food this side of the Mississippi. Read more
