I remember when I used to work in a restaurant we had to greet people nicely, repeat their order and try to up sell. They would... tell us don't argue with the customer, and that the customer was always right.So I get my food, and I got 2 chicken sandwichesand they looked nasty, and the chicken looked old. I go tell the employee, that took my order that the sandwiches looked nasty,and that the chicken was old and I wanted my sandwiches done over. Not only she replied rudely, but told me that the chickenwas still good that she wouldn't serve it to me if it wasn't good. She told me it would take seven minutes for them to be ready,and in top of that my kids and I were eating and made me get up for the sandwiches. First they only had original and didnt offer to wait for spicy. We ordered a 12 piece leg and thighs with 2 sides and biscuits... and an extra side of mash potatoes and okra. When we got home we didnt have the biscuits or the extra side of mash potatoes. Theokra was cold and the mac&cheese looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. So we wanted some chicken you can?t go wrong with churches chicken.. some reason this particular location usually has the worst... service. It?s not the first time nor the second time. They didn?t get our order right. Chicken was good so that?s good. The coleslaw was bad foul smelled when you opened the lid. Looked like it was sitting there cabbage even had a brown colored. Oldcabbage from a bag. When we tried getting the cashiers attention she was on her phone we even honked once and didn?t bother tolook up. The other employees were chit chatting. Nothing wrong with a few words with employees about work or what not but when acustomer is out there please acknowledge your customer. All we wanted was honey. The biscuits weren?t fresh a bit hard. Iassumed sitting in the light. We wanted to give this location another shot from our previous times we visited. It wasn?t busybut it wasn?t dead steady drive thru. I have been going to this place many times. It has come to my attention that there has been multiple times where something is... missing on my order. So, I check my order most of the time and end up asking for something missing in it. Today I didn't checkand yes my large side of bombers were missing, I didn't want to call or drive back for them. I just want their staff NOT to makeit mandatory for customers having to check their order. Simply I just want what I paid for without any worries. Read more
