Mystery Solved as too where to dine out. Across the board excellence. A small expected wait for a Saturday night. Ernesto was... top notch, fabulous and a well informed server that was most helpful, this being my first visit. Food was tasty & hot & seasonedto perfection. I went yesterday and I ordered the Hawaian Tostadas. Food was on time, service very professional Ilia took great care of us very... well. The appetizer was amazing as always queso fundido with Chorizo my favorite of all the times. Jaky the manager approachedto our table and she was very nice to us. Definitely coming back! Went in to eat dinner. Our waiter for the evening was Joshue. We started off by ordering some melted cheese with rajas, which... was pretty good. From there we ordered some chicken tacos, and also a 14oz sirloin steak. The steak was cooked to how I wantedit, and seasoned very well. It was also very juicy as well. The chicken tacos were very good as well, seasoned well, and notdry. Both plates also had a loaded baked potato as the side dish. Afterwords we ordered a cookie dough desert which was ok,nothing spectacular. This could have been made better, but it wasn't bad tasting. I have been to several Corralitos and this one and the one on Zaragoza have been the best by far. Great food, extensive menu... items, steak cooked to your liking and a queso fundido to brag about. The Restaurant is beautiful and clean inside . The meal was excellent. There were 5 of us . I had a dish called la Rachera wich... is a steak . It was tender and juicy . I order it medium rare with veggies and a apple martini. Love it ! Read more
